Step 1
Step 1 of the enrollment process starts with a scheduled tour, giving you the opportunity to experience our high-quality facility firsthand. To schedule your tour, please call (636) 447-4212.
Step 2
Step 2 requires all applicants to print, complete, and submit an enrollment application and a non-refundable deposit (by check or money order) to secure their child’s spot. The required forms are linked below.
*Please note this medical form requires a doctor’s signature. Also, please ask your doctor’s office to email your child’s immunization history to the office at Great Beginnings using this address: greatbeglc@sbcglobal.net.
Step 3
After completing Step 2, you will receive a full enrollment packet, which includes the parent handbook and several permission forms. Please complete the packet and submit the final week’s tuition before the first day. You can also select your preferred start date.
